How can you stay connected to your inner peace despite everyday stress of life-altering events? iRest: Integrative Restoration, is a research based meditation that may be the solution. It has helped military personnel improve resiliency, executive managers as well as homeless people manage stress, cancer patients cope with pain, and trauma survivors experience safety and healing.
iRest is integrative because it helps us to become a fully functioning and psychologically integrated human being.
iRest is restorative because it helps us to recover our inherent joy, peace, and well-being.

Brigitta has studied iRest with Richard Miller, Ph.D. since 2016 and is an iRest teacher Level ll.
She is in the process of getting certified and has participated in immersion workshops and educational and silent retreats. Brigitta has offered iRest series and interactive dyads to adults and adolescents.
