Yoga Classes and Individual Sessions:

Yoga is taught in group classes or individual sessions. The practice develops strength, stability and flexibility. It helps to relieve stress, balances the body and mind and helps to cultivate mindfulness toward yourself and others. When practiced on a regular basis it creates well-being and enhances energy.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is a holistic approach, addressing your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. If you are suffering pain in one of these areas, I will develop with you an individualized yoga practice which promotes well-being and brings balance to your body and mind.
